This lovely lacy "Lady of the Woods" bag from HeyLadyHandbags on Etsy is the latest in my ongoing obsession with funky/unique handmade purses and bags. I've made a deal with myself that I can have it if it's still available whenever I make my next sale from SmuTopia :)
After learning about electroforming in a magazine this week I had to see what my fellow Etsians were creating with this amazing technique. I found some amazing items, including this electroformed seashell from a new favorite shop, ShannonAmidon.
I love the caramel color of this vintage samsonite bag, but it's the deer silohuette that seals the deal :) It's a perfect blend of handmade and vintage and is just one of many amazing items from GetReadySetGO. And yes, I've been on a bit of a kick lately with deer-themed items :)
I found this fantastic robot bag in one of my long-time-favorite Etsy shops, Sugarlust! I can just picture myself on the way to work with my laptop stowed in this "geek chic" tote :)

I came across this Jewelry Seller's Travel Roll for necklaces and thought, GENIUS!!!! This item is from the shop of fellow EtsyTwitter Team member Dig Under Rocks (aka Sandy Pantalones). I had never seen anything like it, and can say from my own experience that this could save a ton of time during show set up as it will keep the necklaces from tangling (a problem I always seem to have despite my best packing efforts.) Great item, great shop--this one just shot straight to the top of my wish list :)

Today's Wish List Wendesday pick comes with a healthy dose of nostaligia :) As a child growing up in my parents' Vermont farmhouse I often helped my Mom pick lilacs from our gigantic backyard lilac bush or peonies from the front garden to display in the antique pitcher and basin passed down through her family. Since my husband and I have just purchased our first home (a yellow farmhouse with black shutters, just like the house I grew up in!) this pitcher and bowl from floweringceramics on Etsy has risen to the top of my personal wish list :)
