New Items Listed...On My Way to 40

I've listed two of the items from my latest round of photos, bringing my Etsy inventory up to 35 items. I would like to be up to 40 by the end of this week. Of course, I won't mind having to do a little extra work if something happens to sell :)

Friday Organization Tip #1

Since cleaning up my craft room on Christmas day, I have been striving to maintain a higher standard of organization. One of my gifts from my Mom has been a huge help: my Dymo labelmaker. There are lots of brands available, but I like this one because it is simple to use, and easy to find replacement label tape at lots of stores (you won't need to make a special trip to the office store or search online just to find the right model). My first use of my new toy was to label all of my holiday decoration containers before putting them back into storage (I'll thank myself for this next December.)

Party Time!

The date of the post-holiday party I have been planning at work has finally arrived! SmuTopia Floral has been in full-swing and the centerpieces I have been working on are finished and ready to go. Although these are really a minor detail in the overall party planning, I was happy to find a way to use my creativity in my life at work :)

The other reason this day is exciting--with the party over I will be free to re-focus my creativity on my Etsy shop! In preparation for some new listings, I have started putting some of my older items on sale. Hopefully some of my older pieces can find nice homes :)

SmuTopia Floral?

Although I haven't had much time for jewelry lately, I have been nurturing my creativity in other ways. In planning an upcoming party for work (holiday party on January due to busy december calendars) I decided to add some oragami flowers to the center of each table. I'll post more photos of the finished product when I am done :)
